the breakfast buffet included a huge variety of cuisines and catered to all diets the kids especially enjoyed the vast pool and the late evening swimming was a perfect way to end a day the rooms were comfortable i found all the essentials i needed. the hotel staff were always kind considerate and always willing to help . the gym and spa offered a great experience by perfup i enjoyed playing football and basketball around the swimming pool area there was ample choice for the buffet breakfast. the room i stayed in was spacious and clean the location was good and not too far from most attractions the quality was luxurious and high. room service met a very high standard. the check-in process was smooth and cute i found the staff friendly and accommodating the room was spacious clean and beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities the bed provided a super comfortable sleep.

The breakfast options are good and the food tastes delicious. The staff is very cute at the front desk. A manager came out to greet me. He assisted me and also saw me off when I left. This made a lasting impression.
The iron in my room was old and not the kind with water and steam.

The hotel sits near many attractions in the area. The location is less busy than other areas. Landmark Mall is close, and you can walk there, but there is no dedicated walking area, which i liked.

the breakfast was good and had a decent selection. the location was also convenient enough to get around, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The room service food was expensive, a real problem. the iron was quite old and didn't have water or steam functions, surprisingly. they also didn't have a steamer. the bed linen had a slightly unpleasant smell. That wasn't ideal.
